Dubai

Tourism in Dubai is an important part of the government's strategy to maintain the flow of money into the emirate. Construction on a large scale has turned Dubai into one of the fastest-growing cities in the world.

Three facilities are being built in Dubai that will include dolphins;

Palm Atlantis
Resort

Dubai Dolphinarium
Marine World - Creek Park
Dubai Mall Oceanarium

Other developments include;

The 'World of Discovery', part of the Busch Entertainment Corporation, will feature the Middle East’s only facility hosting a killer whale stadium, a dolphin park, aquariums with a variety of exotic deep sea marine life and a 'swim with dolphins' programme.
Jebel Ali

Construction of Dubailand has been divided into four phases with phase one expected to see completion some time before 2010. Construction is expected to start on the water park 'Aquadunya' in 2008, and when completed will offer an opportunity for visitors to “dance” with dolphins and will also host dolphin shows.
