Confiscated Dolphinella beluga whale STILL held in Cairo

Write a polite letter to the Head of CITES in Egypt. Ask why they have not yet returned the young female beluga whale 'Feel' to Russia since she was confiscated from Dolphinella in Sharm el Sheikh over A YEAR ago? CITES advise us that this long delay is due to the company who provided the beluga, Utrish Dolphinarium, not being able to arrange "adequate" transportation to return the animal to Russia. However we believe this is untrue and there are other reasons for keeping this young beluga in Cairo. Could it be because Merryland already have an older male beluga (Zizo), and they hope that by keeping this young female at Merryland, they may breed?
