This is your opportunity to take part in a 5km run on Sunday 11th May 2008 at London's Regents Park, the largest grass area for sports in Central London.

Over 1,000 people are expected to take part in the event and the Marine Connection has ten secure places on offer. No previous experience is required and with a little training the 5km distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is on taking part to make a difference rather than on winning which means you can run, jog or walk - you decide! All funds raised will go towards the charity’s campaigning work and with places extremely limited you should book early to avoid disappointment!

For a small registration fee and your pledge to raise at least the mimimum sponsorship of £100, you too can be part of this fantastic event.
