Moray Firth dolphins featured on BBC Springwatch

The Moray Firth bottlenose dolphins were featured on a recent edition of the BBC Springwatch programme which included some fantastic footage of the dolphins bow-riding and hunting their prey.

The Moray Firth area of Scotland is where the Marine Connection has for many years part funded workshops in the area, educating future generations on the importance of conserving the marine mammals and their natural environment and is also home to our 'Adopt a Dolphin' project

Thousands of children living in the area are now more aware of how fortunate they are in the north of Scotland to be able to regularly encounter wild dolphins and what they can do to help protect them by getting involved in pro-active conservation of these wonderful marine mammals.
